People who have invested in real estate in their young age or whenever they did, their investments have paid them. Do keep real estate in your retirement plan.  Real estate has always grown with time. Even the governments do not accept the depreciation in the value of dirt. So if you look in the history of civilization real estate have always grown positive and will keep making you wealth. Even when a person retires the investments in real-estate will still keep him making the money even after retirement. It is by far one of the safe investments. Many Governments, Financial Institutions, Corporations, Banks, Insurance Companies and big Investment Companies take your money and invest in real estate. The money they make out of it they distribute a small share of that profits in your dividends and bonuses. So why rely on these investments for small peanuts of profits why not you invest in real estate. Real estate should be one of the prime sections of your investments on a long term basis. Those you have invested in real estate their kids have enjoyed their wealth and even they themselves have had some kind of security in their mind for their family.
So be wise! Do invest in real estate whenever you can even if the market is down or slow it is always better time to invest. And if market is hot that will also make money for you.
